When you book a service, your Porter takes a photo of your items at pickup and again at delivery — creating a documented chain of custody from start to finish. You can track your items in real time via GPS throughout the entire journey. Porter also carries commercial cargo insurance covering your belongings while they are in our care. We treat your items the same way we'd treat our own.

How does the Porter return service work?

It is simpler than you think. First, initiate your return directly with the retailer through their app or website — most major retailers including Amazon, Target, Walmart, Zara, and many others will generate a QR code or return confirmation for you. Upload that code into the Porter app, schedule a pickup time, and a Porter will come to your door, collect your item, and drop it off at the designated return location. Your refund is processed directly by the retailer through their normal system. No card needed. No trip required. Just done.
